Our History

C & H Williams & Associates (CHWA), LLC, founded on April 22, 2022, with identification number 001307177, is an American consulting firm in Cordova, TN that specializes in process, impact, outcome, and summative evaluation for governmental/non-governmental, profit/non-profit, and community and faith-based organizations. The need to effectively research, evaluate, and assess programs and service delivery are shared challenges for government, private, and non-profit organizations alike. CHWA provides high quality evaluation services, tailored to meet these needs.

The CHWA team is composed of evaluators, social and behavioral scientists, public health officials, educators, financial planners, and information technology professionals with over 75 years of experience in applied research and evaluation in higher education and beyond. CHWA has decades of experience assisting federal and community-based clients funded by SAMSA, CSAP, CSAT, CDC, HRSA, CDC, TN Department of Health, Bureau of A & D Abuse Services, TN Department of Health, United Methodist Church, United Way of the Mid-South, West Tennessee Legal Services and West Tennessee Ryan White Part-B Consortium, DHHS Office on Women’s Health, Department of Education, and the Department of Labor. CHWA’s evaluation associates, using the trusted advisor approach, have developed a reputation for being responsive, trustworthy, and respectful of clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the evaluation process.
